The Role
Take full responsibility for a Year 2 or Year 4 class. Plan and deliver well sequenced lessons, use assessment to close gaps, and build a calm, purposeful classroom. Work within a collaborative year group that shares schemes, resources and moderation.

The Candidate

• Degree in Education or a relevant subject
• QTS, or on track by September 2026
• Secure knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Clear communication and effective behaviour management
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development

 
The School
A ‘Good’ three form entry primary in Selly Oak with supportive leadership, strong pastoral systems and consistent practice. ECTs receive coaching, protected PPA and time to embed the school approach.
 
ECT Induction
