The Role
Lead learning in a well-structured two-form entry year group. You’ll plan and deliver well-sequenced lessons, use assessment to drive progress, and build clear routines that support calm, purposeful classrooms. With shared planning, model resources and consistent behaviour systems, you’ll have the scaffolding to hit the ground running.
The Candidate
You’re an enthusiastic Primary ECT who’s reflective, organised and eager to learn from feedback.
You should have:
• A degree in Education or a relevant subject area
• QTS or be on track to achieve it by January 2026
• Secure knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Clear communication and effective behaviour management
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional development
